We are an established and forward-thinking Sales and Letting Agent. We are now searching for a Branch Administrator to join our busy and expanding operation.
Duties will include:
- typing of property particulars
- maintaining the company website with properties for sale/let
- maintaining the office window display
- assisting with lettings administration
- general office administration duties.
You must enjoy dealing with a variety of people, as the role also involves meeting new clients in the office and dealing with telephone enquiries.
The atmosphere in the office is extremely vibrant, with a large number of clients arriving at the office in person requiring a property viewing or needing assistance with a general enquiry. Meanwhile, the phones will be ringing with yet more enquiries. The pace is fast, yet every client enquiry needs to be dealt with professionally.
- You must be able to deliver under pressure and be confident with dealing with clients both in person and over the phone
- Have strong organisational skills, effective communication skills both written and verbal with strong attention to detail
- Have an ability to multi-task and an excellent telephone manner
